Senior Analyst of Sustainable Agriculture at GreenCapeSibusisiwe is a Senior Analyst in the Sustainable Agriculture programme at GreenCape. The Sustainable Agriculture programme's main objective is supporting South Africa's agricultural sector to shift to more sustainable production systems. This is conducted through a number of different data-gathering exercises, engagements with government, research institutes, and businesses to discover investment opportunities within the sector and compile those insights into knowledge products such as market intelligence reports, industry briefs, case studies etc. As such, Sibusisiwe has developed specialist skills in project management, stakeholder management, business development, data collection and analysis, technical report writing, problem solving, and strategic planning. In 2023, Sibusisiwe was selected as a winner for the Mail & Guardian's "Greening the Future" award in Sustainable Agriculture.

Her biomedical commercialisation company Bio-XL Asia Pte Ltd, is in the space of diabetes, cancer and longevity. Shiox Films Pte Ltd was recently incorporated to produce a feature film about cancer and longevity in collaboration with Hollywood, supporting biomedical companies and a national cancer program.
