Exclusivity – For the duration of this agreement, SACham will not solicit, nor approve, the membership of any additional Platinum Partner whose main business is in direct competition with that of the Member. For the avoidance of doubt, exclusivity does not prevent SA Cham from soliciting nor approving the membership of any additional Platinum Partner whose main business is not in direct completion to that of the Member
Platinum Partners may identify themselves as a Platinum Partner of the South African Chamber of Commerce (Singapore) and link back to www.sacham.sg. This permission is given for the duration of the agreement.
