He is listed in international “Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers” in their 2012 – 2019 editions and in international peer review guide “Best Lawyers for 2022” in their Mergers and Acquisitions and Franchise Law categories.

Ian has been a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court since 1997 and joined Fluxmans as a Director in 2022.

Dr Toh See Kiat

As a lawyer, Dr Toh is an expert in the areas of Technology, Intellectual Property Artificial Intelligence, and Industry 4.0 legal issues. He has been engaged by a wide range of corporate/commercial clients, industry bodies, and governmental agencies.

An accomplished academic, Dr Toh has taught at various universities and has written on Paperless International Trade: Law of Telematic Data Interchange, AI for Law, Legal Aspects of Doing Business in Singapore, and many other topics.

Dr T.oh is regularly invited to conduct seminars for ICT professionals on the law relating to IT contracts, IPR on the Internet, and other online business issues. As the Legal Advisor to the Singapore Computer Society, Dr. Toh is also a regular speaker at various national events on legal issues. Recently, Dr Toh was invited to be a speaker at an Executive Seminar which consisted of accountants and governmental officials from Africa.

As a former Member of Parliament, Dr. Toh is still heavily involved in national and international matters on the political scene. He has drafted legislation for the governments of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the National Assembly of Vietnam as well as advised the Vietnam Customs, World Bank, and Asian Development Bank.
