Notice is hereby given in terms of our constitution of the Annual General Meeting (AGM ) . The AGM event has been changed to a closed meeting due to the circumstances and ongoing restrictions associated with COVID-19.

The sole purpose of the meeting is to adhere to the mandatory requirements defined in our constitution, which involves presenting our annual report as well as electing members onto the board.

This will be an Online event.

For members that can't attend, please send in the attached proxy with your selection for the board.

We look forward to seeing those of you that can attend. This being the Notice of the AGM additional updates in terms of agenda and speakers and hosts will follow soon .

• Pre, registration can be done from today which in terms of the constitution is 5 weeks from the event.
• Further details of the event and the agenda will be shared 10 days before the event, any registered member will have the opportunity at this time to place further items onto the agenda.
• The annual report will be shared 15 days before the event.
• Board and nominations can commence now and can be performed by making use of the below link. Please read the form in terms of the process of nominations. The nomination process follows strictly against the chamber's constitution as highlighted in point 10 of the constitution.
• The nomination link can be found here​ and need to be concluded by 11th November 2021.
